Narrow Gauge Album - 1965-1985 in Colour
A second volume from Michael Whitehouse looking at the earlier days of narrow gauge railway preservation both in colour photographs, many from the camera of his father Pat Whitehouse, and in text.
This volume again includes the ‘major’ Welsh lines, but dives off up Snowdon, to the Isle of Man, Arnold’s Sand Railway (Leighton Buzzard), the Rev. Teddy Boston’s railway and other tales.
The photography is very good, and the tales of those days, either from Michael or from others, are universally entertaining. 224 pages, heaving with colour photographs and much else to delight the most jaded palate. Hardbound.
