Faulty Goods:

We try to ensure that all items despatched are in perfect condition, but sometimes they have invisible defects, or are damaged in transit.  Any such items will be replaced by us without any question, and any postage costs you incur in returning the faulty goods will be refunded. Overseas customers should contact us before returning faulty items. Please include a note advising what the fault is.


We want you to be happy with your purchases from us, so any item may be returned within thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the cost price, providing the returned item is received by us in ‘as new’ condition. You don’t have to say why you are returning an item, but we are always interested to know. However, we do not offer an approval service, so don’t order 5 items and expect to return 4 of them – order items you really want. 

We cannot be held responsible for any returns which do not reach us, so suggest that a tracked service is used when returning goods.

Please ensure you include the following information in the returned package:

            • Your Name and address
            • A contact telephone number 
            • Your invoice number
