Steam in the Kitchen - Recipes with a Railway Flavour

25th anniversary edition of this lovely recipe book, based on the revised 1999 edition. Written by Ginny Barnfield, with illustrations by her husband, Peter Barnfield, the well known artist, cartoonist and creator of the Bishop's Teakettle Light Railway. This features here and whilst it has echoes of Emmett, the engines and rolling stock are slightly closer to reality.

Twenty-six recipes by Ginny, all inspired by assorted railway items and workers, some vegetarian. I am assured by 'the Girls' that all are perfectly edible, and that some are pretty traditional. They certainly sound good!
