Forty nine very good B&W full page photographs of railway action within a radius of about 4 miles of Green Park station on the Somerset & Dorset, and the GWR main line. All are taken from the late 1950s up till the closure of the S&D in 1966.

The ratio of the photographs slightly favours the GWR main line, with Kings, Castles, Countys, Halls, even a 47 on an endless goods, plus a couple of Western diesels. The locos on the S&D are what you would expect, but with some 2251s as well. 

This is a lovely selection from unusual viewing points, and well worth having as a result.
