Industrial steam isn't really a major interest of mine, but I found this book of 'The collected industrial colour photography of Terence Dorrity' distinctly fascinating!

The quality of reproduction is very good, and the photos are grouped firstly by country - England, Scotland and Wales, then by Industry and then by area. English and Welsh narrow gauge are also well covered.

Overall, most of the lines are those of the National Coal Board, but many other industries' lines are covered.

224 pages of interesting photographs, with good captions. Hardbound.
