Lovely large format brochure produced by Winterthur for the Exposition Universelle of Paris in 1900, featuring 39 B&W photos of locomotives of all shapes and sizes and two of the works.

The majority of the photographs are of locomotives for Swiss railways, but there is two  locomotives for the Finnish State Railway, one for a Japanese Railway and others for Hungary, the Lebabon, Wales, and tram locomotives all over the world.

CONDITION: Front cover is somewhat marked and there is a visible tear by the top staple of the binding. Contents pages are fine.
