The November-December 1962 issue of this famous magazine, founded and edited by Bill Durham.The three technical sections in this issue cover whistle making, two steam outboard motors, and Propeller variables.  But there are other interesting, if shorter articles.

This issue was from Volume 2 but, sadly the magazine ceased publication at the end of volume 3.
