The Schull and Skibbereen Tramway

During its 61 years of operation this 3 foot gauge lineside tramway in Ireland far south-western coast faithfully, if at times erratically served the two towns in its title.

The last train ran on the 27th January 1947, although the engines survived on site for a further 8 years until they were broken up.
